Copy & Print Center Area Manager - Boston/North of Boston, MA

The primary responsibility of the Copy & Print Center (CPC) Area Manager is to target P&L opportunities and execute profit and customer service improvement plans within their market. The CPC Area Manager ensures that the team is delivering on the Quality Service Guarantee by meeting and exceeding customer service standards and following The Customer Order Process.

 

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Partner with field management and home office staff to identify opportunity markets.
Partner with CPC staff to implement programs to improve sales and margin performance.
Partner with CPC Managers to build and develop a sales team using knowledge of the Evaluate internal and external marketing plans and make recommendations to the CPC
Analyze and manage P&L?s, scorecards, and trend reports to grow and maximize sales & margin in specified area.
Review with store management their use of training tools to increase desired behaviors and skills in the CPC.

 

Qualifications
Ideal candidate has bachelor?s degree and 8-10 years experience in multi-store retail management, and selling and customer service environment.
Strong problem solving and project management skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate sensitive information in a professional and constructive manner.
Strong Customer Service and Sales Skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to multi-task
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Acrobat, Picture It, Publisher.
Ability to travel required.
