Copy & Print Center Manager - Bel Air, MD
Staples’ Copy & Print Center Mangers are responsible for supporting and executing our Easy Brand Promise by:
? Demonstrating and reinforcing the behaviors that make every shopping experience ?Easy? for our customers.
? Meeting and exceeding sales and margin budgets in the Copy, Print, and Ship Center.
? Fostering a sales culture to enhance customer service and drive sales using available tools and training.
? Consistently executing all procedures, processes, and programs as well as implementing profit and customer service improvement plans.
? Ensuring that the Copy & Print team is delivering on the Quality Service Guarantee by meeting and exceeding customer service standards.
? Actively maintaining a team approach in the day-to-day management of store associates.
The most qualified candidates for this position have the following skills and experience:
? A minimum of 2 - 4 years sales and supervisory experience in a retail environment. Copy & print experience is preferred.
? Strong leadership skills.
? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
? Ability to drive sales in a customer service focused environment.
