Customer Service Manager (Westboro, MA)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing members with fast, courteous and friendly service throughout the front-end.  This includes managing the efficient flow of members through the front line, membership, service desk and food court, addressing and resolving member issues, ensuring that the parking lot is cleared of carriages so that they are available for member use, and scheduling, supervising and training Front-end Team Members. 

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and an attention to detail required.  Prior experience supervising front-end, basic computer skills and basic math skills preferred.
