Achieve and exceed store goal of ensuring a successful customer experience as measured by the Customer Satisfaction Index.

Implement initiatives that ensure a successful customer experience

Coordinates resolution of customer service issues

Ensures that the customer?s overall experience is a positive one.

Promotes customer feedback thru the use of ?Come on tell us?

 

World Class Weddings

Ensures proper resources and guidance are in place to maximize World Class Weddings opportunities

Achieves and maintains World Class Weddings monthly quotas

 

Personal Development

Assist management team in: Floor managementRecruitingTraining MotivatingAssist with operational responsibilities when needed.  

Oversees World Class Weddings / Customer Service operations

Conducts performance evaluations for all direct reports

 

? Jewelry industry experience is not necessary, but proven experience is a must.

? You must be ?Driven? to succeed and enjoy working in a total TEAM environment.
