 CG Rentals.LLC. d.b.a. Aaron?s Sales & Lease Ownership is now hiring a Customer Service Accounts Advisor for its  Dubuque, Ia store.  This entry level position could lead an ambitious individual into a management position.  Aaron?s is a leader in the lease-ownership industry and the fastest growing retailer of furniture, appliances, electronics and computers, with over  1241 locations nationwide. CG Rental is an independent franchisee of Aaron?s, with stores in  Dubuque & Waterloo.

 

Collections and sales experience would be a plus, as you would be responsible for contacting customers whose lease agreements have expired, and providing premium customer service on the sales floor.  Telephone and field contact are daily activities for this position.  You must have a proven track record of being able to communicate with customers in order to solve problems for them.  You must also be able to routinely lift up to 50-300 pounds without assistance.
