As a District Manager for The Pantry, Inc., you will be an important member of the team that maintains proper and efficient operations of assigned stores, within Company policy, in such a manner to ensure all stores contribute to the profitability of the Company.

Proven ability to lead your group to accomplish company goals and objectives.

Ability to maintain store appearance to company standard.

Provide Store Managers with feedback regarding areas of opportunity and achievement.

Recruit, interview, hire and train employees.

Plan, assign, direct work and resolve problems to a satisfactory conclusion.

Complete performance appraisals.

Analyze weekly reports and provide feedback to Store Managers, outlining results and areas for opportunity.

Maintain accurate daily gas pricing using company guidelines.

Effectively interact with all departments to achieve goals.

Ability to communicate and interact with all employees.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for all company related information.

Proven ability to manage all expense lines on P&L, achieve budgeted goals, and maintain expenses at lowest level consistent with effective store operations for multiple units.

Knowledge of Microsoft Applications/Window environment at an intermediate level.

Must possess valid driver's license, a clean driving record, acceptable background check and drug screen.

Maintain store standards: implementation of merchandising programs to maximize sales: Adherence to company policies and procedures and government regulations.

Monthly sales estimates.

Long range planning.
