We are seeking a Front End Supervisor to coach, discipline, direct and monitor staff and provide situational leadership as needed.  This highly visible position oversees the front end and store office staff and will be responsible for supervising front-end operations, including daily store office opening/closing functions and approximately 10-15 associates.  The individual selected will respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns. 

 

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with one to three years retail management/front-end experience.  Superior customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary.  Strong computer and technical knowledge is required.

 

Our management team is required to have an open availability for scheduling, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
