Right now, Quick Stuff is looking for an experienced convenience store/fuel operations manager to run our location in Rialto, CA. If a high growth, high energy company interests you, read on!

 

Our managers are responsible for the daily operation and business functions of our stores. This means being able to implement our company policies, standards, and procedures, but it also means being able to be creative enough to develop and put to work, ideas and strategies that make our guest service, quality, sales, and profits something that other convenience stores admire. Because we pride ourselves in also being a responsible company, our managers need to ensure that we comply with all environmental, alcohol, and tobacco regulations.

 

Our managers must have a high school diploma or equivalent (we prefer a AA or BA/BS degree) and be able to pass a background and drug test. Also, our managers need to have three to 4 years management experience in c-store/fuel operations including profit and loss responsibility.

 

We value our managers and offer a competitive base salary plus a quarterly paid bonus based on the location's operating contribution. Because a relocation package is not available for this position we will only be considering local candidates.
