?  Sales Professionals

 

The Sales Associate is responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients.

 

High school diploma and one to three years of sales or retail experience required.  Prefer experience in the jewelry industry. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required.  Incumbent must be highly motivated and a self-starter, have the ability to produce results, and work in a team environment.  We are looking for top-notch producers with a desire to reach potential earnings in a base plus commission environment.

 

 

?  Office Associates

 

The Office Associate executes the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals.

 

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and one year of office experience.  Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.  Strong communication and organizational skills required, along with the ability to be detail-oriented.
