**Full Time & Part Time** Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Specialist

 

Job Purpose:

Serves team by controlling all aspects of the front desk, including directing guests to complete registration; controlling member access to club, and handling retail transactions. Front Desk Personnel make the first impression with guests, members, and anyone else who enters the facility.  It is very important that they set a tone of friendliness, competence, polite confidence while controlling any situation that may arise.

Duties:

* Welcomes guests by greeting them; answering questions; responding to requests.

 *Welcomes members and verifies membership status; responding to requests

* Registers guests and confirms appointment; verifying  status; assigning sales person; obtaining information and signatures; issuing receipts.

* Answers phone directing calls or taking messages as needed.

* Directs members and guests to various activities in club.

* Conveys information to employees as needed.

* Provides information to members and guests by answering inquiries regarding club services.

* Maintains records by checking in members and guests, verifying the identity of members and guests.

* Collects revenue by entering services and charges; obtaining payment or billing information as needed.

* Makes tanning and other reservations by entering requirements; checking availability; confirming appointments.

 * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 *Available shifts include opening shifts, mid-shifts, closing shifts, weekday shifts, and weekend shifts. 

*Premium wages paid for openers and closers.
