Training:

We will pay you while you learn about our products and the art of retail sales during our combined classroom and on-the-job training program. You will learn about our giant selection, quality products and service. 

 

Compensation:

We offer a generous commissioned environment with unlimited earnings potential.  First years sales professionals can average up to $40,000.  The top 20% of our sales force average over $80,000.  Unlimited personal growth opportunities in a professional team environment during a 5 day work week.  There is no limit to the amount of money you can make; it?s entirely up to you!

With our continued growth and aggressive expansion plans, management opportunities are constantly opening up.  There are also advancement opportunities for managers at the district, regional and national levels and we always look within our sales force to fill these management opportunities. 

 

Requirements:Highly motivated enthusiastic professionalism with an outgoing personality At least 1 year retail sales experience (commissioned sales is a plus)Must pass criminal background check and drug test  Reliable transportation allowing you flexibility to travel between store locations Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays And most of all, the desire to learn, grow and succeed
