GENERAL MANAGERS



Best Buy is actively looking for outstanding candidates for current and/ or future openings to support our future growth! We are seeking high-energy retail professionals and leaders to be responsible for managing up to 150 employees, cash management, staffing, and employee development with advanced experience in Sales, Operations, Merchandising and Inventory.

Basic requirements: General Manager candidates will have a minimum of 2?4 years of success managing a high-volume Big Box retail store. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to effectively lead teams to individual and company success.



 

ASSISTANT MANAGER



As an Assistant Manager you?ll be relied upon as a leader on the selling floor, responsible for overseeing everything from our many departments such as Home Theater, Wireless, and Service Technicians to our employees, and especially our customers.

Basic requirements: Assistant Managers focus on key sales performance metrics including power rankings, margin reports, loyalty reports, sales drivers and drainers as well as daily business plans. These metrics help us to drive our business and achieve our financial goals.
