Our in store management training affords us an opportunity to watch you grow while you manage, merchandise and strengthen your Party City knowledge and build Party City experience.

You will be considered for the GMIT if you possess the following:

? Ability to multi-task, prioritize & take initiative

? Strong communication and analytical skills

? Passion for retail and a drive for success!

? Minimum 2 years Store Management experience

? Demonstrated leadership qualities

? Bachelors degree preferred
