This position will assist the Assistant Store Managers and General Manager in establishing and maintaining guest service by providing a guest friendly environment.

You will also be responsible for the execution and supervision of various activities involved in the overall operation of a Linens ?n Things department, including:
? Monitoring business trends
? Maximizing and driving sales
? Developing staff
? Freight flow
? Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, GM Walk / Structured Detail Recovery requirements
? First line management of Associate staff, which requires a complete understanding of Company personnel policies and procedures
? Committed to a professional and positive work environment that promotes open communication and a harassment free workplace.

Job Requirements:

? Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Responsible for the physical merchandising and presentation standards within respective departments
? Incumbent must have strong leadership and motivational skills
? Must be flexible with scheduling
