The Guest Order Specialist for The Great Indoors (TGI) manages the timely fulfillment of special orders to internal and external customers and partners with stores to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The Specialist also is ultimately responsible for the efficient and effective fulfillment of all special order merchandise for the guest or the store.

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
*Works daily tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing delinquent and problematic orders
*Communicates with vendors, store and customers to resolve order delinquency issues
*Provides outstanding customer satisfaction by proactively contacting customers if promised delivery is in jeopardy
*Sets a standard for frequent communication with internal customer, namely the Design Center
*Communicates with managers and associates on problems
*Expert-level skills of OMNI and WebX, including systems infrastructures
*Maintains a log of vendor compliance and response issues and communicates feedback to buying teams
*Makes decisions and solving problems as needed
*Understands and manages order profitability
*Analyzes business results using the required reports, and developing and executing action plans for improvement
*Continually seeks to improve process
*Adheres to The Great Indoors code of ethics
*Creates and exhibits a sense of ownership and empowerment
*Represents The Great Indoors by maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor and proper phone etiquette
