We?re Christmas Tree Shops, and while you might think that our specialty is the holiday season, we?re much more than that. As a value price retailer that offers a wide array of merchandise, we also offer a wide array of career options. Were opening our newest location in Freehold, NJ this Fall and we have the following openings to support our expanded growth.

To support our successful growth we?re looking for ?Head Receiver(s) (Day, and Evening).?

Key Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the efficient operation of receiving and all backroom areas of a retail store

? Works within Standards, Work Rules and Management direction

? Responsible for the efficient offload of all trucks, completion of paperwork, distribution of merchandise to designated areas, and customer service through the receiving department.

? Supervises from 2 to 12 associates

Qualifications:

? Must be able to work assigned shift

? Previous retail supervisory experience

? Proven success in decision-making, tact, diplomacy, and flexibility

? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

? Physical demands while performing the duties of this job include: standing, walking, hearing, talking, bending, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
