As a HFCIT for Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, you will experience some of the finest training available in the Retail Furniture industry. Once you?ve completed training, you will be relied upon to greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings from our beautifully appointed showroom displays.

Our in-stock position (averages 97%) allows you to confidently schedule delivery for your customer within our three-day delivery guarantee. Our merchandise department has put together an impressive variety of product from nationally recognized vendors and manufacturers. An outstanding management team supports your business. We provide ongoing sales and product training and plenty of opportunity for professional advancement. We?ve developed a system of retailing furniture that allows for virtually unlimited earnings potential for our sales professionals

The Qualified candidate must have familiarity with a computer system. You must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays. Three to five pervious years experience servicing customers. Also must be able to walk/stand the showroom frequently throughout the shift.
