Full-time Hourly Sales Leaders Needed for New Dick's Sporting Goods Store that will be opening in Jacksonville on Western Boulevard.



Lodge Sales Leader

Full-time hourly position

Reports to:  Hardlines Manager

 

Responsible for:Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the lodge departments to meet Company standards and maximize profits Ensuring that all firearm and ammunition transactions are processed according to the Federal Government requirements and Company standards Supporting Company standards of selling and customer service Assisting the store management team with general supervision in the store in accordance with Company policies and procedures including

 

 General Sports Sales Leader

Full-time hourly position

Reports to:  Hardlines Manager

 

Responsible for:Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the general sports department to meet Company standards and maximize profits Supporting Company standards of selling and customer service Assisting the store management team with general supervision in the store in accordance with Company policies and procedures including opening and closing the store and Front End coverage as assigned

 



Apparel Sales Leader



Full-time hourly position

Reports to:  Softlines Manager

 

Responsible for:Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of the apparel department to meet Company standards and maximize profits Supporting Company standards of selling and customer service Assisting the store management team with general supervision in the store in accordance with Company policies and procedures including opening and closing the store and Front End coverage as assigned

 



Footwear Sales Leader



Full-time hourly position

Reports to:  Softlines Manager

 

Responsible for:Implementing the merchandise presentation standards and signage of  the footwear department to meet Company standards and maximize profits Supporting Company standards of selling and customer service Assisting the store management team with general supervision in the store in accordance with Company policies and procedures including opening and closing the store and Front End coverage as assigned 

 



Front End Sales Leader



Full-time hourly position

Reports to:  Sales Support Manager or Store Manager

 

Responsible for:Ensuring that customer lines are minimized, directing flow of customers and ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service Authorizing and ensuring the validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids and associate purchases according to Company policy and procedures Complying with gun manual procedures and approving firearm purchases in compliance with Federal ATF regulations Complying with cash office procedures, including daily deposit preparation and cashier balancing

 

Skills required for Sales Leader Positions:Ability to meet the Federal requirements for handling and processing firearm transactions Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner and listen attentively to others Ability to process information/merchandise through the computer system and register system
