Shipping & Receiving Inventory Manager.
We are a VERY fast growing company in need of an experienced individual that is motivated, extremely organized and able to meet goals and expectations in a timely and professional manner.
Alternative Hose is a Hydraulic and Industrial hose distributor. We sell bulk hose as well as make custom hose assemblies for the automotive, construction and bulk hauling markets. Our warehouse consists of 11,000 square feet of product ranging from 3/16? hose to 8? hose all the way to hydraulic adapters and hose clamps. Vendors include Gates, Dixon, PT coupling, Evertite, Bayco, Tompkins, Titan and many more.
Some of the duties required would be:
Receiving
Check in and put away all incoming inventory. Organize, tag and rearrange current inventory to make space for new product.
Shipping
Pull and process all out going shipments before UPS arrives at the end of the day. Also would be in charge of keeping UPS computers up to date.
Cycle count
Implement cycle count program and schedule.
Warehouse maintenance
Keep all areas of warehouse cleaned and organized at all times.
Hose fabrication
Help fabricate hoses with other warehouse personnel when needed as well as after all shipping/ receiving and organization is done for the day.
Use of a forklift will be required for 50% of the work and experience will be required.
