We are currently searching for Part Time associates to join our team in our NORTH HILLS S/C location for the following position:

 

 

SALES ASSOCIATES / CASHIERS
Sell merchandise with a "winning" smile. Responsibilities include fostering customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service, cashiering, competitive research, and maintenance of store environment to department standards. Seeking candidates with experience in retail or related sales and a strong passion for customer service.

 

LOSS PREVENTION SUPERVISOR

The Loss Prevention Supervisor manages the unit?s loss prevention program in order to prevent the loss of assets due to dishonesty or neglect. In addition, the Supervisor is also responsible for the protection of customers, visitors and associates from harm or loss. (Full-Time)

 

Responsibilities:
Plans & supervises the unit's loss prevention, emergency and safety programs
Supervises, trains, and assists in selection of the unit's loss prevention staff
Administers and participates in the unit's shrinkage control programs, including the Company's Loss Prevention Test and Check Program
Conducts internal investigations as required
Assists in loss prevention training of all other associates
Supervises surveillance, detention, and criminal processing relative to theft and criminal cases
Develops recommendations for improvements in programs, loss prevention staffing & scheduling and loss prevention training of all associates


Requirements:

The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years in a retail loss prevention related position. We are seeking individuals with knowledge of store and asset protection, investigation techniques and report writing. This position requires that candidates have strong written and verbal communication.
