We are currently searching for a full-time associate to join our Winning Team in our MARQUETTE MALL
WINDOW TREATMENT INSTALLER
BASIC FUNCTION:
Skilled support for installation of drapery and related decorator items.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Install custom window products to customer's complete satisfaction.
Installs custom draperies and related decorator items within schedule and to the standards of specified workmanship, including:
a. Installing rods and other decorating hardware.
b. Pinning and placing hooks on draperies.
c. Hanging, steaming and dressing down draperies.
d. Installing fancy top treatments.
e. Installing all window and wall treatments.
Miscellaneous activities including:
? Compiling
? Logging and posting data
? Driving to and from customers' homes
? Handling customer complaints
4. Ensure regular van maintenance.
5. Ensure safety of company van, tools, parts and product at all times.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE:
? Requires ability to initiate reports, use of basic communication skills and/or arithmetic involving calculation of fractions.
? Knowledge of carpentry tools.
? Familiarity with the installation of draperies and related decoration items.
? Must possess valid licenses when required by law.
? Six months experience in the same or related tasks is preferable
? Must have active driving license
