We are currently seeking FT/PT associates for our NEW STORE at The Rim Shopping Center Mall in San Antonio, TX for the following positions:

 

 

SALES SUPPORT

Sales Support Associates provide customer service by leading and participating in floor recovery, restocking, package pick-up, fitting room recovery and other assigned tasks to ensure maximum sales and optimum customer service levels are achieved. Candidates should have 7 to 12 months retail experience and strong organizational skills. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a passion for customer service.

 

 

SALES ASSOCIATES / CASHIERS
Sell merchandise with a "winning" smile. Responsibilities include fostering customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service, cashiering, competitive research, and maintenance of store environment to department standards. Seeking candidates with experience in retail or related sales and a strong passion for customer service.

 

COMMISSION SELLING SPECIALIST
We are seeking candidates with successful experience in retail or related sales. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for customer service and is goals/results oriented. Our commission sales associates are responsible for building and maintaining a customer base. (Base + Commission)

SALON STYLISTS

We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, focused on genuine customer service. A current cosmetology license is REQUIRED as well as knowledge of the latest fashions in hair styling services. Participation in continued education is desired.  The key focus of the stylist is to provide excellent customer service and to build and maintain a client base.

NAIL TECHNICIAN

Performs manicuring services to meet customer nail care and treatment needs. Analyzes customer nail care needs and recommends appropriate treatment, services, and home maintenance programs. Performs nail care treatments and services using company approved methods, equipment, and products. Possesses a Manicurist License and meets current manicurist license requirements for the state in which working.



 

SKIN CARE SPECIALISTS/ ESTITICIAN

Provide skin care and hair removal services to meet customer beauty and skin treatment needs. Explain methods and treatment procedures for skin conditioning and/or hair removal services. Maintain client record files and chemical release forms.  Performs other housekeeping duties, including washing and drying towels, sterilizing salon equipment as required, maintaining the skin care/hair removal area and retail merchandise displays as assigned.  A current cosmetology license is REQUIRED.
