Job Objective

Increase store revenue monthly by performing essential job functions as described below, including but not limited to sales activity, account management and providing total customer satisfaction. Help manage profit by following and enforcing established policies and procedures including but not limited to work schedules; cash and inventory controls; and order verification. Proactively participate in the training of coworkers. Analyze reports including the P & L and apply knowledge gained to improve store performance

Description

? Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials
? Get new rental orders over the phone and on the sales floor
? Assist in maintaining the store in Rent Ready condition
? Monitor and improve the skills of Account Managers as needed
? Assist Account Managers in training and sales activity
? Assist Account Managers with collection activities
? Train Account Managers on safe loading and handling procedures
? Maintain company vehicles in good condition and appearance
? Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards
? In the absence of the other management, the Inside / Outside Manager will act in lead capacity

Requirements

All Rent-A-Center applicants must meet the following requirements:

? Must be at least 21 years of age
? Must have a valid driver's license
? Must have at least 1 year of driving history
? Must have a High School diploma or GED
? Must be able to work full-time and Saturdays
? Must pass pre-employment test
? Must pass a drug test, criminal background screen and MVR screen
? Must have at least 2 years of related experience
