INT'L LUXURY BRAND - BOUTIQUE MANAGER

Supervisor of the day-to-day operations of the Boutique including, but not limited to: - Boutique development as a profit center: maximize full prices through community outreach, and event planning. Create events, propose promotion and utilize them for sales increase. Setting the Boutique Targets and its achievement. Responsible for the indoor sale and the outdoor sale,

 

- Client Services: must be willing and have the ability to serve as a hands on ?role model and leader? for the development of a proactive selling culture

- Human resources: emphasis on recruiting, motivating, developing and retaining top quality talent in a unique, creative and entrepreneurial environment.

- Visual and store presentation: must be willing to work within corporate guidelines intended to build brand image, identity and market share and interpret them positively to the local market. Oversee execution of window displaying and maintain highest standards of in store merchandising,

- Operations and administrative: must have a disciplined and practical approach to managing the details and mechanics of the business including cost controls, inventory shortage, payroll budget, regular priced sell through, four wall profitability, and profit and loss statement. Responsible for the Stock Management.

 

The desired candidate will possess individuality, intelligence and creativity. He / She should bring a combination of minimum 3 years experience in Managing Jewellery and / or Luxury goods business or Hotels, a strong appreciation for merchandising and a proven record for developing sales and profits through intensive client services and team building. The desired candidate is an analytical business manager who combines leadership of a team and strategic business acumen. The individual should be flexible, charismatic, approachable and must obviously have an excellent presentation. He / She should be collaborative in attitude, particularly in dealing with subordinate?s, peer?s and the home office.

 

? The Store Manager must be able to embrace the corporate point of view and be passionate about the brand?s vision and desire to evolve and attract a loyal client.

 

? The qualified candidate will have an open and business mind and willingness to embrace the philosophy of the collection & brand as well as adapt to the culture of the company.

 

? Possess creative agility and flexibility in problem solving within established guidelines.

 

? Creative and capable of developing and implementing a strategic vision for the local market.

 

? Known for their strong people skills, a great motivator and developer of people with a history of success as a confident leader and team builder.

 

? Experienced in retail cultures where the quality of the consumer experience, uniqueness and innovation of the product line is valued.

 

? A dynamic personality and presence with excellent listening skills who will consistently practice them within the KORLOFF organization and externally with clients and market.

 

? Knowledge of Gemmology and Watch (to be preferred)

 

? Skilled in motivating a team while understanding individual needs to achieve maximum productivity.

 

? The candidate will be minimum 30 years old and will have a BA diploma (minimum). Ability to multi-task, as well as be persistent and patient in order to make sound business decisions.

 

? Minimal international travel required.

 

? French language skills a plus.

 

Position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
