Indirect/ Retail Account Manager, Spokane, WA

The Retail Account Manager at Cingular Wireless is responsible for the following: Provides leadership and guidance to retail in a large geographically area. Develops, implements, and manages wireless sales and marketing programs for assigned and new retail agent and national agent accounts to ensure attainment of established sales channel growth objectives. Agent owned retail and national agent retail maybe defined as Area Dealers, Agents or Retailers. May have a minimum of 8 direct reports. Meets and exceeds appropriate sales objectives, including personal and team. Monitors agents operations for regular compliance with policies and procedures, including contractual obligations. Establishes audit trails for all financial and performance objectives within contractual guidelines. Develops, implements and evaluates sales incentive programs for assigned accounts sales representatives. Establishes churn and customer satisfaction objectives and implements programs to achieve the desired goals. Establishes implements and evaluates regular store visit program and activity forms for feedback to local management. Manages conflict resolution between agents and customers. Assists with commission issues as appropriate. Oversee the establishment and development of new accounts, whose preferred purpose of business should be wireless sales and service, in order to meet sales objectives. Develops and maintains supportive relationship with existing accounts to meet sales objectives. Assists agents with financial model information to develop sales activities. Manages channel acquisition cost to market budget.


QUALIFICATIONS

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENT:
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
?A min. of five years of outside sales or sales management experience or direct channel experience
?Must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to travel out of town, sometimes overnight.
