Inside Sales Representative

Our growth has brought new and exciting opportunities for individuals looking for rewarding careers. We currently have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative for our Maple Grove, MN location.
Responsibilities will include supporting field sales representatives; coordinate installation of windows and doors with contractors, installers and homeowners; inside sales dealing with contractors and builders; order entry and processing; following up and resolving customer requests; assisting warehouse personnel with inventory and cycle counts.
Successful candidate should have college degree; 2 ? 4 years? inside sales experience in wholesale/retail environment (building materials sales is desirable); past sales success with fiber cement siding, residential roofing and installed products; experience dealing with credit and order entry; ability to multi-task; must be assertive, detail oriented, and have a ?burning desire? to sell with nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction.
