Inventory Analyst

In the Inventory Analyst role, you will assume responsibility for managing and improving the performance and productivity of our merchandise assortments. This includes on-going analysis of the total inventory investment to achieve forecasted sales through the appropriate allocation and replenishment of merchandise assortments for productive store level inventories, successfully launching new initiatives and maintaining positive vendor relationships.  Desired qualifications include a 4 year college degree in business or related field; excellent analytical background; strong written and verbal communication skills; detail orientation; ability to set priorities; PC experience, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word; and a minimum of 1-2 years rebuying/inventory management experience preferably in retail. This is a full time position and the hours are approximately 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
