Iridesse Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager you will assist the Store Manager with customer development, developing sales staff, visual merchandising, maintaining fiscal responsibilities and managing the store's physical inventory.

Establish a personal customer base through the Iridesse Selling Skills program, manage, coach and train sales staff and support the attainment of sales and profitability goals. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the bridal business sales and marketing programs. Conduct counts, assist the manager in sales and marketing efforts and manage the flow of inventory including operational activities. Other responsibilities include opening and closing the store, payroll, reporting functions, accounts payable and daily deposits.

Required Skills:
You must have a minimum of 3 years of retail sales or prior management experience, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework preferred.
