Iridesse Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager will cultivate clientele, manage sales and operational functions, and assume fiscal accountability via sales and profitability analyses.

The Retail Store Manager will establish and foster a customer client base, recruit, train, educate and manage staff employees. Other responsibilities include managing: inventory, the visual merchandising program, operational activities, store facilities, and attaining sales goals while working toward achieving the Company vision.

Required Skills:
To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of management experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry, including a background developing new business and clientele. In addition, you must possess excellent leadership, training and coaching skills. This position requires knowledge of POS and computer systems, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework is preferred.
