Diamonds International, the Caribbean's leading Diamond and Tanzanite Retailer seeks 25 independent self motivated career minded sales professionals to join our sales team.

Diamonds International has over 100 high-volume showrooms throughout the Caribbean, US, Mexico and Alaska. We offer designer jewelry brands, watches, leather goods and fine Baccarat crystal jewelry and giftware pieces.

Our positions require individuals to relocate to St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, also known as America's Paradise, the Mexican Riveria, including Cozumel and Cancun and several of the Lesser Antilles Islands located along the Caribbean Sea, Upon arrival you will be assigned to one of our many high volume showrooms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS, ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A minimum of 1-2 year?s sales experience in the luxury brand business is preferred. Qualifications in the jewelry industry would be ideal but not essential. Foregin languae skills strongly favored.

Must possess exceptional people skills, solid negotiation techniques, and be self-motivated.

Greet and approach customers quickly and acknowledge waiting customers. Determine customer needs by effectively questioning and listening. Overcome customers objections; describing the advantages and features of Diamonds International. Close sale; and process necessary receipts, appraisals, warranty cards, etc. quickly; and accurately.

Successful track record in increasing sales, and meeting company objectives and standards in the designer name arena such as Raima, DeHago, Asher, Doris Panos, John Hardy, Hearts on Fire, Maurice Lacroix, Audemars Piguet, Gerald Genta, Philip Stein, Michele, Longines, and many more.

Must be trustworthy, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, which include weekend and Holidays.

Diamonds International offers a competitive base salary, generous commission structure, Bonus Incentives, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and an opportunity to work in different exotic ports of call as well as the opportunity for career advancement. Airfare will be reimbursed upon completion of initial employment contract. Housing will be provided for the first two weeks while we assist you in securing permanent living arrangements.
