Jewelry Salesperson

Must love people and selling.  Beautiful Williamsburg store with columns and hand-crafted cherry cabinets.  We sell high quality jewelry including name brands such as Hearts on Fire diamonds.  We regularly travel to Antwerp, Belgium where we purchase diamonds from the cutters.  Our inventory is quite extensive and our prices are very competitive.  We have our own jewelers room and do a great deal of custom work.  We pay salary plus commission (not direct commission but commission based on what the store sells) plus quarterly bonuses.  The percentage of commission paid is based on the particular salespersons value to our business.  The salespersons responsibility is to find the customers needs and desires and fulfill those.  We do no high pressure selling.

The job is five days per week, 9 - 6.  It would include every other Saturday.  No nights or Sundays except for two partial Sundays in December.

Jewelry experience is not required but sales experience is.  Men wear suits and ladies dresses or skirts.  Your financial remuneration is determined by how well the store does.  In a sense, you share ownership in the business.  Boyer's will pay for your online jewelry education.  We are looking for an individual who will commit to a potential long term employment.
