Management Candidates must have a proven track record in a fashion-forward, customer-oriented, retail-clothing environment with at least 2 years of management experience. Experience in training, developing staff and developing a clientele. Representing the BCBG Max Azria Brand while delivering Excellent Clientele Service & Standards. 

 

Selling Professionals must have experience in a fashion-retail environment, able to meet sales goals & deliver on BCBG Max Azria standards. Must be able to deliver Excellent Clientele Service while developing a clientele portfolio.
