LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE

 

 

Description

This position will assist the management team in effectively merchandising and maintaining product on the sales floor in a timely manner. In this position you would be responsible for working with the store team in processing inbound and outbound shipments, stocking product on the sales floor, executing price changes, completing seasonal merchandise sets, and must in addition exhibit excellent customer service and sales focus.

Qualifications

? Must demonstrate a customer first perspective and fully participate in the "Boundless" selling culture.

? Work a variety of day/evening shifts as needed, including weekend; broad availability.

? Ensure all areas of responsibility are maintained to Best Set standards, including execution of planograms, pricing, and signage programs, and maintain data integrity.

? Ensure receiving and stocking procedures are completed in a timely manner (e.g., freight processing, D&D, RTVs, transfers, price changes, etc.).

? Identify low stock levels and inventory discrepancies and report to management.

? Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.

? Able to use electronic communication device during all working hours requiring a headset or a device on/in the ear.

? Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

? Able to climb 8' to 10' ladders to retrieve and/or stock merchandise as needed.

? Provide assistance in all areas of the store based on business needs.
