LOSS PREVENTION DRUG CASE COORDINATOR

Job Status: Full Time

Executes and evaluates monthly reports/case folders using Microstrategy
Generates paperwork/e-mails to open case for pending, resolved suspended and informational review
Follows up on completion paperwork (IR/Case notes etc. to close cases
Reviews case folders and makes decisions concerning open cases
Assists the LP Manager with contacting field staff for specific information concerning drug cases
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician
Pharmacy Operations Skills
Knowledge of RxCare or Comp-U-Care helpful
Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals including drug classes
Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Knowledge of Microstrategy helpful
