Currently?seeking?a Loss Prevention Field Investigator to join our rapidly growing LP team.? This position is based at the corporate offices in Los Angeles; travel will be required as needed primarily throughout the U.S.

?

The ideal candidate will assist in the internal loss prevention program; maintain record databases, review company reports and documentation for potential fraud or policy violations, assist and manage processes.

Travel to company locations and other travel may be required to conduct relative investigations for the company. Support to the Corporate and Field staff is a significant function including daily system monitor and maintenance.?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?

Monitor exception-reporting systems for multiple brands to identify potential loss indicators.

?

Monitor and partner with target store shrink program.

?

Key point person and liaison to company EAS program.

?

Monitor, maintain and report field audit requirements as required.

?

Monitor company incident report database for loss trends.

?

Facilitate the company?s in-house restitution program.

?

Monitor the Company LP Hot Line.

?

Respond to field requests for investigation as directed.

?

Coordinate and conduct integrity interviews.

?

Review and monitor company CCTV as directed.

?

REQUIREMENTS:

?

4+ years retail loss prevention experience, including both internal and external case investigations.

?

Associates degree or greater is a plus.

Wicklander-Zulawski certification is preferable.

?

Ability to work a flexible schedule; full-time schedule.

?Ability to travel as required.
