LOVE PETS?? Pet Care Manager Needed-New Store

We’re currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment, able to work flexible hours, have strong retail experience, and strive to delight our Customers: Pet Care Manager

As the Pet Care Manager, your primary responsibility is the health and safety of the pets in our care. It is your responsibility to coordinate all daily activities within the Pet Care Department. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

 

Essential Job Functions

- Ensuring the health and safety of the pets in our care

- Demonstrate solid knowledge about Pet Care and Pet Care Safety.

- Maintain Pet Care standards

- Orders and receives all pets and supplies for the Pet Care Department, and manages inventory levels

- Ensure Positive Customer Experience

- Develop your team: Coaching, Training, Performance Reviews, etc.

- Presentation of the Pet Care department ? including ordering of live pets

- System Maintenance

 

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required

- Minimum three years? related experience working in a retail environment

- Minimum two years? management experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

-Comfortable operating various systems including:  Microsoft Office, Payroll, SAP, etc.
