STORE MANAGERS and SALES MANAGERS

The management team is responsible for all daily operations of a Blockbuster store. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, daily sales reports, financial tracking, marketing and merchandising programs, hiring, staff training and development, staff meetings, and maximizing sales goals.

 

Management positions require:
Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent. 
Store Manager position requires 3 to 5 years retail sales experience.
Assistant Store Manager position requires 1 to 3 years retail sales experience.
Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to effectively train, develop, and manage team members.
General interest and knowledge of movies.
Basic computer skills.  
Flexible work schedule (occasional nights, weekends, and holidays)
