Retail Sales Associates

Primary Responsibilities:

Learn to sell fashion forward eyewear to customers by making recommendations based on prescription needs.

Complete Sales Service Process training program.

Identify customer's needs by using lifestyle questioning.

Determine customer's needs based on doctor's written prescription.

Partner with opticians to select proper lenses.

Communicate with in-house laboratory to provide customers with realistic timelines.

Provide excellent customer service while achieving key sales targets.

 

Licensed Opticians

Identify customer's needs by using lifestyle questioning.

Sell fashion eyewear to customers by making recommendations based on prescription needs.

Inspect and dispense eyewear.

Provide technical advice to both clients and sales associates.

Determine customer's needs based on prescription.

 

Opticians Job Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Problem solving abilities.

Team oriented.

Previous retail or selling experience preferred.

Must be licensed.
