Retail Manager

Primary Responsibilities: You will use your experience and ability to motivate people for key responsibilities in operations, profitability, recruitment, training, administration and inventory control. You'll be dedicated to giving the best in customer service and creating a team, which reflects that commitment. This entails using your creativity and building and environment where people are encouraged to exceed expectations.

 

Retail Manager Job Qualifications:

1+ years of management/supervisory experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills with

Proven problem solving abilities

Familiarity with cash registers and computers

Previous customer service and/or retail experience preferred

Strong ability to drive sales and achieve sales targets

 Retail Sales Associates

Primary Responsibilities: Learn to sell fashion forward eyewear to customers by making recommendations based on prescription needs.

Complete Sales Service Process training program.

Identify customer's needs by using lifestyle questioning.

Determine customer's needs based on doctor's written prescription.

Partner with opticians to select proper lenses.

Communicate with in-house laboratory to provide customers with realistic timelines.

Provide excellent customer service while achieving key sales targets.

 Optical Lab Technician

Primary Responsibilities:

Exceed customer expectations and achieve high levels of performance.

Uphold our "Quality Manufacturing Process" in the production of all eyewear.

 

Optical Lab Technician Job Qualifications:

Some optical training/lab a plus.

Technical knowledge of lab process and equipment.

Problem solving abilities.
