Optical Lab Manager Primary Responsibilities

Exceed customer expectations and achieve high levels of performance.

Uphold our "Quality Manufacturing Process" in the production of all eyewear.

 

Optical Lab Mgr Qualifications

Some optical training/lab a plus.

Technical knowledge of lab process and equipment.

Previous management experience necessary.

General Manager:

Position Description:

If you're currently running a retail store in the 1-3 million capacity, we want to talk to you! We're looking for high-energy, high-capacity and high powered professionals for terrific store and field management opportunities. As General Manager, you'll ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while overseeing merchandise presentation, inventory control and delivery of P&L results.

 

Successful candidates will have: merchandise presentation, inventory control and delivery of P&L results.

-Strong selling, customer service, communication and organizational skills

-Ability to recruit, train and develop sales associates

-Knowledge of sales, fashion trends and competition

-Solid P&L performance

 

Retail Manager Primary Responsibilities:

You will use your experience and ability to motivate people for key responsibilities in operations, profitability, recruitment, training, administration and inventory control. You'll be dedicated to giving the best in customer service and creating a team, which reflects that commitment. This entails using your creativity and building and environment where people are encouraged to exceed expectations.

 

Retail Manager Job Qualifications:

1+ years of management/supervisory experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills with

Proven problem solving abilities

Familiarity with cash registers and computers.

Previous customer service and/or retail experience preferred

Strong ability to drive sales and achieve sales targets
