The Great Indoors, Park Meadows location is currentyl seeking a Full Time experienced Loss Prevention Associate. Starting pay for this position is $11/hr DOE.

The Asset Protection Associate educates associates on safety and asset protection. Supports store management in the execution of loss prevention, safety, asset protection and inventory recovery strategies. This position requires evening and weekend availability. Must be 18 years old to apply. Candidates must also pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications
Contribution to the safety, asset protection and inventory shrinkage performance of the store.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains and enforces OSHA regulations
- Protect the interest of the great indoors assets
- Assists in the protection of the assets of the business
- Assists in training of all associates in regards to safety and asset protection
- Participates on the safety committee as requested
- Investigates reports as assigned
- Tracks cash overs and shorts and resolves discrepancies
- Maintains a safe environment for customers and associates
- Actively participates on the inventory committee as requested
- Always represents the great indoors by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Exhibits a sense of ownership and empowerment
- Miscellaneous duties as requested by senior management
