Major Wireless provider seeks multiple permanent Assistant Managers for Long Island locations

Our customer, a top tier wireless communications provider, has multiple openings for Assistant Managers in their retail stores throughout the Nassau County area. This position involves training, coaching and supervising a team of Sales Associates in conjunction with a Store Manager.  A generous base salary plus commission and additional bonus incentives along with room for growth make this a truly fantastic opportunity.  Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in exceeding customer service expectations and sales goals.

 

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or some secondary education preferred

2-3 years retail sales experience, preferably within the wireless industry.

At least 1-2 years supervising or training sales associates

Billing and POS system knowledge required
