Management Candidate
A new ladies shoe boutique is coming to King of Prussia. This store needs an enthusiastic individual with 2 to 5 years of sales experience and strong management skills to join our team as a Management Candidate.
This Management Candidate will be responsible for sales, leadership, merchandising, communication, store operations, and store profitability.
The Management Candidate should be have the ability to:Drive sales and store profits by achieving or beating store and personal goals. Demonstrate a high level of customer service, and encourage staff to perform at the same level of customer service. Recruit, hire, and train new associates. Present a professional demeanor when dealing with customer and associate issues. Demonstrate exemplary decision-making skills, and be able to perform with a minimal amount of supervision. Set the positive example for all associates and management team regarding boutique policies, and guidelines. Develop the store staff in sales ability, hourly dollar production, and units per transaction.
