Store Management Opportunities


Responsible for: Achieving budgeted sales and profits and to manage all expenses within predetermined budgeted criteria. Ensuring that the Lowe's Vision of providing superior service to our customers is achieved daily through the personal involvement in the hiring, orientation and ongoing training and mentoring of all employees. Ensuring that Lowe's merchandising, housekeeping and safety and security standards are maintained at all times through daily personal review of all aisles in the store. Ensure that the work place is friendly and diverse and to make certain that all employees are motivated to provide superior service to our customers and to best reflect the overall vision of our company at all times.


Self-starter with at least two year's of relevant management experience as a Store Manager handling a minimum of 30 million in sales volume with another home center and/or mass retailer. Strong Leadership, Conflict Management and Problem-Solving skills are crucial to success in this capacity. Must be proficient in operating all applicable equipment, according to company standards. Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. An average work week is a minimum 50 hours with varying shifts.

Preferred Qualifications: High Volume Retail Management Experience
