A client located in Windsor, CT has an immediate position available for a Management Trainee.

This Management Trainee is responsible for being the front line contact with prospects, managing a large fleet of vehicles by matching demand with availability, coordinating all aspects of customers' transactions and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Qualified candidates MUST be energetic, charismatic and posses the ability to work independantly in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong leadership, communication, decision making, multi-tasking and customer service skills . A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of Customer Service experience is strongly preferred. Prior sales experience a plus.
The Management Trainee position leads to a career path in management OR sales.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position.
