Spectrum consultants serve as liasons between two of the largest telecommunications clients in the country. We currently oversee 10 corporately run retail locations throughout metro Charlotte! Inside we consult with both current and prospective customers on a daily basis. Spectrum Concepts, Inc., is seeking customer service oriented people to join our team.



All of our team members are trained in the areas of customer service, consulting, inside sales, as well as office management and administration. This job involves face to face sales of services to new prospects. We value integrity and can?t stand pushy sales reps. We emphasize face to face interaction, building relationships, and are looking for outgoing individuals that love talking to people. We provide comprehensive training and opportunity for growth. The same skills that we teach at entry-level are required to effectively manage and lead a large group of professionals. Our training involves hands-on customer service, test marketing, campaign management, and product development.
