Full-time Management Trainees ? Katy, TX

World is looking for experienced customer service managers from the sales, retail or hospitality industry, no previous banking experience required!  We'll train you to learn functional retail banking systems and operations tasks pertinent to manage a branch. Our program lasts between 12 and 18 months with the ultimate goal that you become a Branch Manager.

Customer service experience we require includes:
? A track record of excellent customer relations and strong motivation to work with people.
? A minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience using excellent leadership and proven decision making abilities.
? Previous experience in sales or retail with cash handling experience.
? Willingness to work a flexible schedule of 34 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday at various locations throughout the district.
? High School diploma or equivalent. AA or Bachelor?s degree desired.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
