Job Summary
Our Management Trainee is a leadership development program that was designed to accelerate high performers to branch manager roles within our Retail Branch Network. The curriculum is between 6 and 12 months and includes classroom training and field assignments throughout the district. Job Responsibilities
Learn functional retail banking systems and operational tasks pertaining to the branch system and its supporting departments. Assist Branch Management throughout the district?s various locations. Develop management and leadership skills Become familiar with Savings policies and procedures, demonstrate understanding of various departments by completing hands-on project assignments, and support and promote management?s strategies for achievement of sales goals and objectives. Empower, lead and motivate others in a strong team environment. Take pride in always giving your best and demonstrate a strong motivation to succeed. Demonstrate initiative in anticipating issues and developing ideas to resolve problems.


Minimum Job Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. High school diploma or equivalent. AA or Bachelor?s degree desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills No previous banking experience required. Proven ability to adapt and respond appropriately to changing work demands Strong analytical and decision making abilities A track record of excellent customer relations and strong motivation to work with people.
