Halloween Express currently has openings for Manager and Assistant Manager Positions in Houston, TX.? Due to the seasonal nature of our business, the potential start date for this position would commence in mid-August 2006 and would end in early November 2006.

Job Responsibilities:

?

CUSTOMER SERVICEVerbally interact with customers and sales associates throughout the storePromote customer service standards to ultimately drive salesResolve customer issues


INVENTORY CONTROLReceive inventory and check merchandise into Retail Inventory Control System (RICS)Generate sales reports to manage inventory levels and facilitate ordering process

STORE MANGEMENTHire, train and supervise sales associatesManage day-to-day store operationsOpen and close store on a daily basisSupervise cash management and loss prevention policiesMaintain a clean and safe store environment

MERCHANDISINGOversee merchandising throughout the storeInform store owner of best selling merchandiseManage inventory levels and stocking duties


We require excellent verbal communication skills, ability to motivate your staff, personal leadership skills, ability to maintain composure under pressure and good organizational skills.
