Essential Skills:

The retail service manager will be responsible for oversight of three retail home care locations in the Chicago area. The manager will also provide support to home care facilities with a retail component nationwide. Responsibilities include:
Managing the development, coordination and implementation of home medical products and services through select Walgreen drugstores.
Directing the development, coordination, and implementation of promotional advertising programs and healthcare catalogs.
Recommending pricing strategies and promotional programs for retail customers in various markets.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree preferred;
3+ years of retail management experience;
Experience as a Walgreens store manager or emerging leader strongly preferred;
Previous policy and procedure administration and implementation experience required;
Home care experience desired, but not required;
Experience with budget and financial statements required.
